Refunds
- If the patient has paid the full monthly fee, the amount is non-refundable once the Ruqyah sessions have started.
- Once the appointment message has been sent to the patient and the session time has been confirmed, the payment becomes non-refundable.
- A refund is only eligible if the patient informs us at least 3 days before the scheduled session that they wish to discontinue the Ruqyah treatment.
- Any refund request made less than 3 days before the scheduled session will not be accepted.
- Missed sessions or no-show sessions are considered consumed and are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
