Ruqyah and Ajwah Center provides spiritual healing based on Qur’an, authentic supplications, and traditional Islamic guidance. Services include:
Online Ruqyah sessions, monthly subscription plans, diagnostic sessions, and counselling.
These services are spiritual and not medical.
3. Not a Medical Service
Our services do not replace:
Medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological therapy, or emergency services.
Patients must continue following their doctor’s advice.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual commitment and the will of Allah.
4. Eligibility
You confirm that you are 18 years old or older, or a parent/guardian booking on behalf of a minor.
All information you provide must be accurate.
5. Booking and Payments
All payments must be completed in advance before any session or subscription begins.
Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
We may use third party payment gateways, and by paying you agree to their policies.
6. Monthly Subscription and Auto Renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar date each month.
You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Rules
Payments are generally non refundable once the monthly fee is paid.
If an appointment message has been sent to the patient, that session becomes non refundable.
7.2 Single Sessions
If you miss a session, join late, or fail to inform us beforehand, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling may be offered at the Center’s discretion only.
7.3 Monthly Subscription
If the patient informs us at least three days in advance that they wish to stop the subscription, the Center may review the case.
If the month has started and sessions or time slots have already been reserved or scheduled, no refund will be provided.
8. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must:
Attend on time, follow instructions, provide honest information about their condition, and cooperate fully.
Stopping Ruqyah prematurely may cause symptoms to return or worsen. The patient accepts full responsibility for this decision.
9. Discontinuation Policy (Very Important)
If a patient chooses to stop Ruqyah treatment at any time, the Center reserves the right not to restart treatment for that patient again in the future, regardless of circumstances.
This policy ensures commitment, discipline, fairness to other patients, and protection of the integrity of the healing process.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including audio, video, images, and Ruqyah materials, are the property of Ruqyah and Ajwah Center.
Recording sessions, copying materials, or sharing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the website or services for:
Fraud, harassment, spreading misinformation, illegal activity, or system interference.
The Center may refuse service or take legal action if misuse is detected.
12. Limitation of Liability
