Treatment Guideline
1. Punctuality: We adhere strictly to the scheduled time unless there are unavoidable circumstances. We recommend that you do the same.
2. Privacy: Ruqyah sessions are private and not in groups, ensuring your confidentiality.
3. During the session: Keep your eyes closed, avoid distractions, and listen to the Ruqyah using headphones.
4. Symptom Report: After the session, send a report about any symptoms experienced, such as yawning, coughing, body pain, drowsiness, anger, tension, crying, or tears….etc.
5. Optional Camera: You may turn on your camera during the session (recommended). Women are requested to wear full hijab.
6. Communication: You can send voice or text messages to the healer anytime.
7. Friday and Saturday: The center is closed. Patients are advised to listen to recorded Ruqyah on these days.
8. Follow Instructions: Follow the healer’s guidance carefully and send a report accordingly.
9. Session Timings : Available slots are from 10 AM to 10 PM (Pakistan time). You will receive a booking confirmation from the center’s number ending in 3636, one day before your session time.
10. Session Link: A Google Meet link will be sent 5 minutes before the session. Please join promptly. If delayed, inform us immediately.
11. No-Show: The session will be canceled if you don’t join on time and fail to inform us.
12. Session Duration: Ruqyah sessions last 45–50 minutes. After the Ruqyah, there will be a supplication (du’a). Please raise your hands and say Ameen to each du’a.
13. Important Note: You can reschedule your session if necessary. For example, if your appointment is at 5 PM and you cannot attend, you can reschedule by responding to the booking message. This ensures continuity in your Ruqyah sessions.
Consistency in treatment is key to ensuring your healing. Regular attendance and following through with all sessions will help patients achieve the best results in their healing journey.
